Jeffrey Mason is responsible for all aspects of organizational operation and implementation, ensuring accurate and proper execution of the firm’s business engagements. Jeffrey provides the leadership and the vision that drive Pelion’s Core Values. Jeffrey has over 15 years of experience in the Retirement Industry from a national accounting firm to a small family run business.
Jeffrey served in the U.S. Navy, while serving Jeffrey met his wife of 20+ years, Patricia and they have 4 children: Tyler, Brianna, Emma, and Olivia.
Gene Ferranti, Chief Actuary, ASA, EA, MAAA
Gene Ferranti is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of plan administration from plan implementation to annual administration. He also serves as a relationship manager working with clients, financial advisors, CPAs and other industry professionals to design and maximize retirement plan potential.
Gene has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of Defined Benefit Pension Plan administration and audits. Gene has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1982, followed by a Master of Science in Mathematics in 1986, from the State University of Cortland (NY).
